Pictorial Report of RAD Hannover Rally 1934 - Arbeitsgau 18 w/84 photo

This is a rare Arbeitsdienst photo book with a pictorial report of the parade of the 10,000 Arbeitsmanner of Arbeitsgau 18 at the Nazi Rally on 24. and 25. February 1934 in Hannover. With intro by Reichsarbeitsfuhrer Konstantin Hierl.

The book is also charting the history and development of this RAD unit with Reichsarbeitsdienst maps of Lower Saxony East (Niedersachsen-Ost) and the marching routes of the Arbeitsmänner to the Hannover rally. The Fuhrer Adolf Hitler and other high ranking nazis like Gauleiter are shown as well, and also HJ units marching. The book is closing with pictures of the housing, daily work, schools and sports. And finally with many period advertisments in the rear related to the Arbeitsdienst (clothing, insignia, equipment, cooking, baking etc).
