Uniforms of the Navy and Defense Army
Vintage Cigarette card album with full color cards illustrating the various uniforms of the
Imperial Navy (60 cards) and Colonial Protection troops (36 cards) in ~1914 shortly before WWI.
It includes the organization of the Hochseeflotte, the Kreuzergeschwader, and the various "Stations"
around the world where units of the Imperial Navy were based (Australische Station, Ostafrikanische Station,
Ost - und Westamerikanische Station, Ostasiatische Station, Westafrikanische Station, Konstantinopel Station,
Marinestation der Ostsee - Kiel, and Marinestation der Nordsee - Wilhelmshaven).
A complete table listing the organization of the Schutztruppen and Polizeitruppen is also included.
Schutztruppen were officers and men assigned to service in German East Africa (Deutsch Ostafrika),
German West Africa (Deutsch Südwestafrika), Kamerun, Togo, Samoa, etc.
... complete with all colored tobacco cards!

All pages are complete and tight in the binding.
