The State of the Bavarian
in Color Photography - Vol. II
Here is a huge bavarian themed 1919 color photo portfolio.
It is Volume II in a series of two. Vol. I has been published in 1918.
It comes with a 96 page text and photo description book w/62 color photos
in the book and 40 mounted authentic lithographed color prints.
Each print is hand-tipped onto heavy black cardstock. The whole print is covered by a tipped-on
tissue guard in a beautiful Art Nouveau pattern. Each print is outlined by a sliver-gray, fine-lined border,
extending one-quarter inch beyond the print. Beneath the border, also in silver-gray, is the title/location
or description of the picture.

In good exterior and very good interior condition.
The portfolio is slightly foxed at extremities. The enclosed book is in near fine condition with clean pages. The mounted color prints are very clean and look mint.
