Armed Forces in Action
Following a brief 14 page text introduction, this book is composed of dozens and dozens
of the very best close-up FULL-COLOR photos available of Armed Forces in action.
The short text explains that the photos come from all services on all fronts and that they
are the best work of war correspondents photographers.
There are full-color photos (each with a nice lengthy caption) of regular army troops in action,
going over the wire, crossing water in rubber boats, being shelled, firing huge guns, in tanks,
parading on the Champs Elysées in Paris, and watching buildings burn.
There are Luftwaffe crews and their aircraft, Navy personnel, u-boats, mine sweeper and other ships,
paratroopers in Norway and Narvik and even an underwater diver.
The never seen Agfacolor photos were made with an Agfa Kleinbild by the PK.
