This very rare book is about the younger boys of the German Youth with stories, reports and photos.
It is illustrated with lots of picture of boys, even pictures of small boys wearing
big helmets and eating from army messkits.
The book was clearly written for the parents of potential Hitler Youth members.
It shows the brotherhood of these boys in a militarized Boy Scout circumstance on the move,
in their camps, participating in sport and paramilitary activities, etc. It does a better job of outlining and
showing the lives of the German young boys of the HJ than anything else I have seen.
