A very rare, large format photo book about the famous building in Berlin.

This is an original example of the magnificent oversized book on the New Reichs Chancellery
Professor Albert Speer built for Germany 's 23rd Chancellor,
, in 1938.

The book depicts all the important aspects of Speer’s most important work.
There are photos of the east Voßstraße entrance with its huge eagle, front and rear facades,
the famous Josef Thorak bronze horses and Arno Breker statues, the garden,
greenhouse, Wilhelmplatz side, Honor Courtyard, Mosaic Hall, Marble Gallery,
Round Hall, Guards, dining room and many pictures of the Adolf Hitler Office.

In good exterior and very good interior condition.
With the rare Original Dust Jacket included, which is damaged and taped. Spine lightly damaged at top, boards partly sunned, name on front free endpaper and title page, one page with fingerstains at margins, otherwise ok.

All pages are complete and tight in the binding.
