This sought after 7 x 10 inch, heavily illustrated softcover book with 92 pages and a fold-out
photo chart was published 1932 by HEINRICH HOFFMANN (Photoberichterstatter der Reichsleitung der NSDAP
-official photographer of the Reich - Leadership of the NSDAP) and printed at the Verlag Franz Eher Nachf. in
Munich (a year later they became the Central Publishing House of the NSDAP).
Many of the later published
Hoffmann books on Adolf Hitler were printed by Zeitgeschichte Verlag in Berlin.
Adolf Hitler started a very intense election campaign in 1932 and flew by airplane to all corners
of Germany to talk to tens of thousands of Germans. Flying from town to town (Munich - Dresden -
Leipzig - Chemnitz - Plauen - Berlin - Potsdam - Lauenburg - Danzig - Elbing - Konigsberg - Wurzburg -
Nurnberg - Regensburg etc etc. including Gorlitz and Breslau in Silesia) in his three-engine Rohrbach
Roland D-1720 made it possible that Hitler could talk in five different towns on the same day.
This book is a photo documentation of these historic days.
With three large fold out pictures showing e.g. a rally in Berlin with 200,000 in attendance.
or more than 100,000 people in Chemnitz, a night rally in Görlitz with over 100,000
people and 120,000 in Altona, outside Hamburg.
Even a scene on the plane on Hitler’s 43rd birthday, 20 April 1932 is included in the book.
In near very good exterior and near fine interior condition!
